10.30am. Demo. The Art of Japanese Gift Wrapping. USing fabric will will show you a multitude of ways to wrap gifts, Japanese style.
11am. Demo. SIlk Cocoon Jewellery. Multi coloured silk cocoons are used to produce beautiful and delicate pieces of jewellery.
12 noon. Demo. Chigiri-e. USing Japanese papers we show you how to make perfect pieces of art for your walls and easy candle cuffs.
12.30 Class. Sashiko for beginners. One of the most popular sewing disciplines in Japanese culture.

The following Workshop Tickets for Stitching, Sewing & Hobbycrafts can be booked online, but any remaining tickets are available for sale from the Organisers’ Office, situated outside the hall entrance. You will need a show ticket to be able to take part in the Workshops.
Workshops last 60 minutes (unless stated otherwise) and tickets cost £8-15. Workshops are limited to 16 spaces.
Note: it is important to arrive at the Creative Den 5-minutes before the start of your workshop; this is located in aisle F.

Decopatchme.co.uk will be giving you Make & Take opportunities all through the show. If you haven't Decopatched before it's a really quick and easy way of decorating objects using their special papers and glue varnish medium. Working on almost any surface straight from the bottle you can produce really satisfying results in no time! There’s no need to book, just turn up and join in the fun!

Come and join Pinflair for a free Make & Take. During this workshop you will learn all the tips and tricks of using their Bookbinding Glue, discover their product ranges and lots more!
Raw Leatherworks will be working on behalf of Tandy Leather this year on the Demonstration Stand. Join a Make & Take featuring personalized and/or stamped keyrings and bracelets! There will be demonstrations throughout the day on stitching business card holders and iPhone covers. Visit the stand to find out times.
The Arty Crafty Place will be running workshops on their stand throughout the show. Learn how to Block Print with beautiful hand carved Indian printing blocks, and print your own tea towel.
The Bead Selection will teach you how to make this stunning bracelet. Come and book a slot and have a go at making this beautiful bracelet with glass pearls and snowflake spacer beads. Classes run throughout the day on a first-come, first-served basis. Please come to the stand to book your slot - limited places available.
